 | QUESTS-MIDA will be funded through UNDP’s Somali Institutional Development Project (SIDP), with the first phase catering to SIDP strategic priority areas, which are:
- Policy and legislation development;
- Human resources management;
- Public financial management.
Other developmental areas could be addressed through the QUESTS-MIDA process, such as health and medicine, technical training, business development, education, etc. The project is envisioned to run for three years and more targeted funding is required for QUESTS-MIDA to move into these areas.
